Published policies
The platform's governing documents are published here in full, in force, versioned, and dated. Each carries its own changelog.
| Document | What it governs |
|---|---|
| Terms of Service & Acceptable Use | The contract between you and RunMyB, Inc., including the acceptable-use clause. |
| Privacy Policy | What personal data the platform holds, why, who processes it, and your rights over it. |
| Platform Rules — content-safety taxonomy | The operative catalogue of what may not be built, hosted, or served here. The Terms' acceptable-use clause names this document. |
| Cookie & Tracker Notice | Every cookie the platform sets, and the cookieless first-party audience beacon in hosted product pages — what it reads, what it never does, and how to switch it off. |
| Refunds, Cancellation & Complaints | Refunds, cancellation, statutory withdrawal rights and the complaints route. The Terms incorporate it by reference. |
| Data Processing Addendum | The Article 28 terms for personal data the platform processes on a customer's behalf, with the sub-processor list and the transfer mechanisms. It forms part of the Terms. |
| Copyright / DMCA Policy | How copyright notices and counter-notices are handled, and our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration DMCA‑1075784). |
| Notice-and-Action & Contact Points (DSA) | How notices about illegal content are received, reviewed and decided, the statement of reasons, the appeal route, and the contact points the DSA requires. |
| Report a problem | The short public route into the two above: where to send a notice about illegal, infringing or abusive content, and what happens next. |
If a document changes, the version number and effective date change with it, and the change is recorded in that document's changelog.
What we do not do
- The company's business is building and hosting software. Data from a Google account you connect to the platform is never sold, never transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers, and never used to serve advertisements — the commitment the Privacy Policy makes in full.
- We do not track visitors across sites. The statistics we collect for hosted products are cookieless and first-party, and each product's owner can turn them off — the Privacy Policy describes exactly what is read and what is discarded.
- We do not send marketing email, and we do not let anyone else send mail through our domains. See Email from RunMyB.
Where the platform stands
RunMyB is in closed beta: access is by invitation and there is no public self-service sign-up. The home page sets out what the platform builds and runs, and the access page explains how an invitation works.
