I run a business
The tool your business is missing.
The same questions asked again before every new client. Last client's plan with the name changed. The report assembled on Sunday night. RunMyB turns that manual middle into one tool: your client answers once, and what comes back is the thing you would otherwise write by hand.
A try usually costs an afternoon and a few dollars. A product nobody visits costs nothing.
The RunMyB guide says: What do you re-type every week?
How it works for a business
Describe the job you repeat.
The questions you ask, the rules you apply, what you hand back. In your own words — your method is the input.
It studies the best, then plans yours.
The platform reads the leading tools of that kind and plans yours: what they all have, where yours fits your trade better, what only yours would have. You approve the plan.
Built, checked, previewed in private.
Try it as your client would, on a private preview. Accept it, or send it back with a note.
Publish it, send clients the link, change it when your rules change.
Rates, questions and rules change every year; say what to change and it builds the update for you to release.
Tools of that shape
For an electrician: a site-survey form the customer fills in before any visit, which returns a checklist and a fixed quote worked out from the electrician's own thresholds — so nobody drives out to quote a job that was never viable.
For a smart-home consultant: a home-tech intake that returns which devices work together, a staged install plan and a handover document.
For a professional organiser: a room-by-room assessment that returns a phased plan and a shopping list sized to the measured space.
For a dog trainer: a behaviour intake that returns a week-by-week training plan, with a duration and criteria for each drill.
For a move manager: a room-by-room inventory where every item gets a decision, checked against the new home's floor plan so nothing arrives that will not fit.
For a consultant: a structured assessment that scores a client's situation against your own model and returns a ranked roadmap.
Each one is a web application your client opens from a link you send them. It runs in a browser; there are no phone apps.
Answers
I already pay for scheduling and invoicing software. Is this another one of those?
No. Booking, dispatch and invoicing are what the tools you already pay for do well, and this does not replace them. It builds the part no off-the-shelf product reaches: the intake and the deliverable that carry your own judgement.
Can it keep my clients' answers, with their own logins?
Yes, when the tool needs it. A product can carry its own database and its own client accounts — sign-up, email verification, password reset — each client seeing only their own records. A new product's database starts empty: nothing is imported from the tool you use today.
Can it send my clients reminders or reports by itself?
No. A product built here sends your clients no reminders, reports or messages — only the sign-in mail its own accounts need. Your client opens the tool from a link you send them, and what it produces is on screen for them to save or print.
What happens when my rates or my rules change?
You say what to change, in plain words: a rate, a question in the intake, a rule you use now that you did not use last year. The platform makes the change, re-checks the whole build, and waits for you; nothing changes for your clients until you release it.
Will a form replace the visit?
Not always. It moves the work before the visit; it does not remove your judgement. Some jobs will still need you to look. What it removes is the enquiry that was never going to happen, and the hour of re-typing for the one that is.
What if I want to leave?
The code is yours (Terms §11), and it exports to your own GitHub or GitLab account whenever you ask (Terms §12.1).
Will you bring me clients?
No. RunMyB builds and hosts what you choose; it does not bring you an audience or customers. We send you nobody you did not bring yourself. The clients you bring stay yours: we will not market to them or approach them with an offer that goes around you (Terms §10.2).
A firm whose real system is a spreadsheet, or that needs a client portal? For firms. Selling a method as a product rather than running jobs? For experts.
Stop re-typing the same client, every week.
This form needs JavaScript, which your browser has switched off. Write to hello@runmyb.com with the word waitlist and we'll add you by hand.
You're on the list. What we recorded: your address, the consent wording you agreed to, the time, and a one-word note that you came from this page. Nothing else is in that record — no name, no IP address, no tracking.
You won't get a confirmation email. If you want it confirmed, write to hello@runmyb.com and we'll check. If we write, it will be about getting you in — the first thing we ask is what you would build and who it is for, because we let people in one at a time and decide by hand. We can't tell you when, and we won't send anything else in the meantime.
Changed your mind? Write to privacy@runmyb.com and we'll take you off the list.
That didn't go through and it's safe to try again — a repeat submission can't create a duplicate. If it keeps failing, email hello@runmyb.com.
RunMyB is opening in stages, and access is by invitation for now.
